It blooms from late spring into fall, with a peak in early summer, and fits well at the front of a border, in rock gardens and in containers.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eWhat it looks like\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eA tidy, rounded clump about 18 to 24 inches tall and 26 to 28 inches wide of very finely cut, lacy, fern-like leaves in blue-green with a soft, powdery bloom. Small, puffy, heart-shaped flowers about three-quarters of an inch long have dark rose pink outer petals with lighter rose pink tips. The flowers dangle in small clusters from slender, arching stems held just above the foliage.
