Thank you for your purchase from Great Lakes Lavender Farm. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.


Policy Details


Orders are typically processed in 2-5 business days. You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.

Items that can’t be returned include: Altered Items, Tampered Packaging, Perishable Goods including fresh and dried lavender flowers/plants, Incomplete/Incorrect Items


For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase


Shipping Fees


You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Great Lakes Lavender Farm strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.


Restocking Fees


Great Lakes Lavender Farm does not charge restocking fees.


Process Details


To return your purchase from Great Lakes Lavender Farm, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Great Lakes Lavender Farm will process your return. Please allow at least 1-3 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Great Lakes Lavender Farm will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Damages & Missing Items


Please inspect your shipment from Great Lakes Lavender Farm promptly upon delivery. Should you find any damage, plants that do not meet your standards, or any items missing from your order, please notify us immediately. Claims for freight damage must be addressed with the carrier, while claims for shortages or concerns regarding quality should be directed to Great Lakes Lavender Farm.


Claims must be filed within 24 hours of the delivery date. No claims will be accepted after that date under any circumstance. Please take photographs of both the box and its contents and send them to us for assessment. While we ensure secure packaging before shipping, we cannot control how the shipment is handled once it leaves our farm.


Please note that goods cannot be returned once they have been accepted, processed, improperly stored, planted, or otherwise used in any manner.


Limits of Liability for Plants


Our lavender plants are sold “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied, regarding quality, productivity, merchantability, or outcomes of planting or transplanting.


Great Lakes Lavender Farm shall not be liable to the purchaser or any other party for consequential or incidental damages arising from a shipment, including but not limited to lost revenue, profits, commissions, facility contamination, legal fees, or any other damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased plants and return shipping charges.
