Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Altered Items, Tampered Packaging, Perishable Goods including fresh and dried lavender flowers/plants, Incomplete/Incorrect Items
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Great Lakes Lavender Farm strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Restocking Fees
Great Lakes Lavender Farm does not charge restocking fees.
Process Details

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Great Lakes Lavender Farm will process your return. Please allow at least 1-3 weeks to process your return.
