In consideration for being allowed to visit Great Lakes Lavender Farm at the above-mentioned address, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that visiting a lavender farm may involve certain risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, agricultural machinery, plants, and insects. I understand and accept these risks, and I voluntarily choose to visit Great Lakes Lavender Farm.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Great Lakes Lavender Farm, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm that I may sustain while visiting the farm. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injuries, property damage, or any other type of loss.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Lakes Lavender Farm, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages that they may incur as a result of my visit to the farm.

4. Photography and Consent: I understand that my visit may be photographed or recorded for promotional or educational purposes. I grant permission for Great Lakes Lavender Farm to use my likeness and any photographs or recordings in which I may appear for such purposes.

5. Health and Safety: I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during my visit. I will abide by any posted safety rules and guidelines and exercise caution at all times.

6. Minors: If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the authority to sign on their behalf.

7. Entire Agreement: This waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
