Spiced Chai Drink Bomb Latte with Honey Foam
On this page
Drop, pour, stir, sip. A chai drink bomb turns a mug of hot milk into a spiced lavender latte in seconds. Add honey foam and a shortbread cookie for dunking, and you have a cozy break worth sitting down for.

Why this pairing works
Chai spices like cinnamon, cardamom and ginger are warm and a little peppery. Lavender's floral note softens them, and honey ties the whole mug together.
Serves 1 Prep 2 min Cook 3 min
Ingredients
- 1 Lavender Drink Bombs (Spiced Chai Latte)
- 1 cup hot milk, steaming, not boiling
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp Lavender Wildflower Honey
- 1 Lavender Cookie (Shortbread), for dunking
Directions
- Set the drink bomb in a large mug.
- Slowly pour the hot milk over the bomb and watch it open. Stir well.
- Froth the cream and honey until thick and spoon over the top.
- Serve with a shortbread cookie on the side.
Heat the milk to about 160°F. If it boils, it forms a skin and the bomb won't dissolve as smoothly. Honey isn't safe for babies under 1 year old.
Make it your own
- Use oat milk for a dairy-free latte.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the foam.
