Questions
What does the free listing include?
A card in the Farms & Business Sponsors directory with your logo, town, description, hours (with an “Open now” light), news, upcoming events, and buttons to your website and tickets. It stays free. Building your place in 3D, with your passport stamp and everything that comes with it, is the 🎮 plan.
How do players find my farm or business?
Through the directory, the Sponsor Showcase in Market Square, the Lavender Trail challenge (visit 5 sponsor farms in a season), and the passport players fill with stamps. Featured sponsors also show on road-trip billboards, the Market Square wall and the loading screen.
I’m not a computer person. Is this hard?
No. The Partner Farm Studio walks you through it one step at a time. Pick a ready-made layout for your kind of farm, or upload a photo of your farm map and we’ll sketch it for you. Our farm team reviews everything and is happy to help.
How does billing work?
You check out through our store. Plans renew on their own, monthly or yearly, and switch on as soon as your payment goes through. Cancel or update your card any time under Subscriptions in your account.
We’re only open part of the year.
The yearly plan works out to about $16 a month and keeps you in front of players all year, even while they plan next season. Or choose monthly for your open season. Your free listing stays up either way.
Can I sell my products in the game?
Yes, with the Shop add-on: up to 12 products, and each Buy button opens your own store. Anything lavender, bath and body, candles and plants can’t be listed.
We serve wine, beer, cider or spirits.
You’re welcome here. Anything with alcohol is shown only to players who have confirmed they are 21 or older, and it’s hidden from everyone else. A family farm that also sells hard cider stays open to everyone; only the cider is hidden.
We’re a lavender farm.
Claim your listing with the 🪻 Lavender sponsor plan: Bloom Watch, a sponsor badge, your yearly stamp album and visitor photos. To keep things friendly between growers, listings don’t include plant or propagation sales or recipes.
