Wholesale questions
Do I need to sign a wholesale agreement?
There’s no separate contract, and you don’t need approval before you pay. You review and accept the Wholesale Terms in your Review Basket at checkout. The wholesale form simply tells the farm about your business.
Can I order before I am approved?
Yes. Anyone can build a wholesale basket as a guest and pay at checkout. The farm then confirms your business.
What if I am not a business?
Wholesale orders from non-business buyers are reviewed and refunded. Home gardeners are welcome to shop our regular live plants, and retail buyers can pre-order a single tray.
How will I know I am approved?
Confirmed buyers get the wholesale-approved tag on their customer account. Log in at your account and the Trade Desk opens for you.
How do payments work?
Live plants: if your requested date is within 30 days, you pay in full. If it is 31 or more days away, you pay a 50% non-refundable deposit now and the balance two weeks before your date. If we can’t propagate or fill the order, everything is refunded.
Wholesale lavender merchandise and grower supplies: pay in full. Net 30 opens after three completed wholesale orders.
What if the farm cannot fill my order?
If the farm cannot fulfill an order, it is declined and refunded.
Can I put my own label on products?
Yes. Custom-label merchandise is available for brands and markets. It runs through the same order builder as everything else. See private label.
