The hashtag system
One hashtag for every plant: #ProductNameGLLF
Take the product name, remove the spaces, capitalize each word, and add GLLF at the end. That way every photo of the same plant lands in one place on Instagram.

Will my story be posted on the website?
Only if you check the permission box. If you do, we’ll use just your first name and state. If you don’t, your story stays between you and us.
Can I share a story about a plant that’s struggling?
Yes, please. Honest stories help other growers most. For care help, the Plant Health Checker and the Lavender Grower assistant are the fastest routes.
A plant arrived damaged. Is this the right place?
Please use Returns & Claims instead. Arrival problems need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos, under our Healthy Arrival Guarantee.
How do I send photos?
Email them to reviews@greatlakeslavenderfarm.com with your name in the subject, or post them on Instagram with your plant’s hashtag and tag @greatlakeslavenderfarm.
Where do product reviews go?
Star reviews live on each product page. Stories here are longer, in your own words, and can cover a whole garden.
