How custom orders work
From idea to your shelf in five steps.
Every custom order runs through the same order builder, whether it is for one event or a whole product line.
Idea
Pick product families here, sketch it in the Product Designer and send it to us.
Sample or proof
We send a label proof, and samples where it makes sense, so you can see it before you buy.
Quote & payment
Your quote lists price, any minimum and timing. Custom-label orders are paid in full before production.
Production
We make, fill and label your order. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
Ship or pickup
Merchandise can ship, or pick up locally Wednesday or Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM Eastern, by arrangement.

Wholesale accounts
Custom-label orders are paid in full before production. Net 30 applies only to finished wholesale merchandise, after three completed wholesale orders. Apply for a wholesale account.
