Lavender Fields Tub & Tile Cleaner: Scrub Day, Smelling Better Save

Scrubbing the tub is nobody's favorite job. We cannot do it for you, but we can make it smell a whole lot better. Lavender Fields Tub & Tile Cleaner is scented with our signature Fields blend, a pure, classic lavender, so the least glamorous room in the house ends up smelling like our rows in bloom.

The scrub-day method

  1. Clear the deck. Move shampoo bottles, razors and toys out of the way.
  2. Wet the surface and apply the cleaner, starting at the top of the walls and working down.
  3. Give it a minute while you gather your brush. Patience beats elbow grease.
  4. Scrub walls, grout lines, the tub and fixtures.
  5. Rinse well from top to bottom, then wipe or squeegee dry so water spots have less to cling to.

The right tool for the job

Tool Use it for
Non-scratch sponge Tubs, fiberglass and acrylic surrounds
Stiff-bristle brush Tile walls and floors
Small grout brush or old toothbrush Grout lines and around fixtures
Squeegee Glass doors and tile after rinsing

Abrasive pads can scratch tub finishes, so save them for surfaces you know can take it.

Before you start on stone

Marble, travertine and other natural stone, along with some specialty tub finishes, can be sensitive to cleaners. Test a small, hidden spot first, rinse and let it dry. If it looks unchanged, carry on.

Making the clean last

Between scrubbing sessions, our Lavender Fields Daily Shower Cleaner is made for a quick mist after each shower, with no scrubbing or rinsing. Running the bathroom fan and leaving the shower door open after use also helps the space dry out. Store the cleaner capped and out of reach of children and pets.

Why Fields

Fields is lavender and nothing else, the same scent that runs through our dish soap, floor cleaner and multi-purpose cleaner. In a warm bathroom, it fills the room as you rinse and then settles into a calm, fresh note.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to rinse it off?

Yes. Apply, scrub, then rinse well. For daily no-rinse upkeep, use the Daily Shower Cleaner instead.

Can I use it on the bathroom floor?

On tile floors, yes. Rinse thoroughly so the floor is not slippery, and test specialty or stone floors first.
