Lavender Lemonade Ceramic Candle: Porch-Season Citrus All Year

On this page
Our Lavender Lemonade Ceramic Candle smells like a cold glass on the porch in July: zesty lemon up front, a sweet, sugary edge behind it and a floral swirl of lavender holding the whole thing together. It is the cheerful one in our candle lineup, the scent we reach for when the West Michigan sky has been gray for a week straight.
Quick answer: A bright, clean citrus-and-lavender candle in a reusable ceramic vessel, offered in a 5.1 oz small and a 12 oz large. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch and let the first burn melt to the edges for an even burn every time after.
What it smells like
Think lemonade, not lemon cleaner. The citrus is juicy and a little sweet rather than sharp, and the lavender keeps it from drifting into candy territory. It reads clean and uplifting, which makes it an easy fit for rooms where a heavy, spicy candle would feel like too much: the kitchen, an entryway, a home office or a sunny bathroom.
Choosing a size
| Size | Best for |
|---|---|
| Small, 5.1 oz | Windowsills, desks, small bathrooms and gift baskets |
| Large, 12 oz | Kitchens, living rooms and open spaces where you want the scent to carry |
See the product page for current sizes and availability.
Getting a clean, steady burn
- First burn: let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the vessel before you blow it out. This keeps the candle from tunneling down the middle on later burns.
- Wick: trim it to about 1/4 inch before each burn for a steady flame and less soot.
- Placement: set it on a heat-safe surface away from drafts, curtains, kids and pets, and never leave a lit candle unattended.
- Finishing: stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax is left in the bottom.
A second life for the vessel
The ceramic vessel is worth keeping once the candle is done. Set it in the freezer for an hour or so and the leftover wax usually pops free with a butter knife; then wash it in warm, soapy water. It looks right at home on a kitchen counter holding wooden spoons, or on a windowsill with a small succulent.
An easy scent to give
Lemonade is a safe bet for gifting because almost nobody dislikes it. It suits teachers at the end of the school year, neighbors and the friend who starts counting down to summer in February. Pair it with other farm favorites in the Gift Box Builder. If it is ever out of stock, use Notify Me on the product page.
Frequently asked questions
Is the scent strong?
It is bright and noticeable without being heavy. The large size carries better in open rooms, while the small is plenty for a bathroom or bedroom.
Are there other scents in the same ceramic vessel?
Yes. The ceramic candle comes in several lavender blends, from soft florals to fall spices. See them side by side on the all-scents listing.
