Why this pairing works
Sweet blue raspberry and tart lemonade balance each other, and a splash of sparkling water keeps it light. The rock candy stirrer slowly sweetens the last sips as the ice melts.
Serves 4 Prep 10 min Cook 0 min
Ingredients
- 2 cups Lavender Blue Raspberry Gourmet Drink Mix, prepared per package directions, chilled
- 1 cup Lavender Lemonade Gourmet Mix, prepared per package directions, chilled
- 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
- 4 Lavender Rock Candy, for stirring
- 4 Lavender Cocktail Picks, for garnish
- 1 lemon, cut into wheels
- 6 oz vodka or white rum, optional, adults 21+
Directions
- Fill 4 glasses with ice and tuck a lemon wheel against the side of each.
- Pour 1/4 cup lemonade into each glass, then add 1/2 cup blue raspberry (and 1 1/2 oz vodka or rum per glass for adults 21+, if using).
- Top each glass with 1/4 cup sparkling water and give it one gentle stir.
- Add a rock candy stick and a lemon wheel on a lavender pick.
Chill every ingredient before you start. Cold drinks hold their bubbles longer and water down less.
Make it your own
- Freeze prepared blue raspberry drink into ice cubes for a slow color change.
- Use Pink Lemonade mix for a purple lagoon.
