Lake Sunset Lavender Orange Spritz

Purple on the bottom, bright orange on top, like the sky over the water at the end of a long summer day. This bubbly mocktail is our kind of evening on the dock.

Why this pairing works

Dense simple syrup sinks under the ice and stays put, so you get a two-tone glass without any fancy tricks. Blueberry and orange taste as good together as they look.

Serves 4 Prep 10 min Cook 0 min

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour 1 Tbsp Blueberry simple syrup into the bottom of each glass.
  2. Fill the glasses with ice, packing it right up to the top.
  3. Slowly pour 1/2 cup prepared Sunset drink over the ice in each glass.
  4. Top with sparkling water (or Prosecco for adults 21+) and garnish with an orange slice on a lavender pick. Stir just before drinking.

Make it your own

  • Swap in Cherry Gourmet Drink Mix for a red sunset.
  • Add a few fresh blueberries to the bottom of each glass.
