Why this pairing works
Cold brewing pulls out tea's flavor slowly without the heat that causes bitterness. Raspberries add a tart, jammy note that makes the floral lavender taste bright and fresh.

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Lavender Loose Leaf Tea
- 6 cups cold water
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
- 6 Lavender Honey Sticks (Raspberry), 1 per glass
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 6 Lavender Cocktail Picks, for garnish
Directions
- Stir the tea into the cold water in a large jar or pitcher. Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
- Strain out the tea. Gently crush the raspberries in the bottom of the pitcher and pour the tea over them. Add the lemon slices.
- For each glass, snip a honey stick into the bottom and stir with a splash of warm water until dissolved.
- Fill with ice, pour in the tea and garnish with raspberries on a lavender pick.
Honey won't dissolve in ice-cold tea, so melt it with a spoonful of warm water first. Honey isn't safe for babies under 1 year old.
Serve it with: Lavender Bread Mix (Lemon)
Make it your own
