The Calm Evening Gift Set is for the person who carries everyone else. It gathers three lavender pieces for the end of the day: a candle to light, a lavender mist for the pillow and a sachet for the drawer. Each set is hand-packed on our Michigan farm in a gift box with tissue, a seal sticker and a gift note, so all you have to do is hand it over.

Using the candle
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the vessel before you blow it out; that helps it burn evenly afterward. Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each lighting, never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from drafts, curtains, kids and pets.
Using the hydrosol
A hydrosol is the fragrant water collected when lavender is distilled. It has a softer, more herbal scent than lavender oil. Hold the bottle about a foot away and mist pillowcases and sheets lightly, then let the fabric dry. Test a hidden spot first on delicate fabrics. Follow the label for use and storage.
Using the sachet
Slip the sachet into a drawer, hang it in a closet or tuck it inside a pillowcase. When the scent fades, give the sachet a gentle squeeze to wake up the buds inside.
