A simple routine
- Morning: wash with the bar soap, then mist the hydrosol over your face for a fresh start. Keep your eyes closed when you spray.

- Evening: smooth a little body butter into hands, elbows and heels. Mist the pillowcase lightly with hydrosol if you enjoy a hint of lavender at bedtime.

About the hydrosol
A hydrosol, sometimes called flower water, is the fragrant water collected when lavender is distilled. It is much gentler in scent than an essential oil, which makes it easy to use as a light mist. People use it on the face, on linens or in the air. Store it out of direct sun and use it as directed on the label.
Caring for the bar soap
A handmade-style bar lasts longest when it can dry between uses. Keep it on a draining soap dish or rack, away from the direct stream of the shower, and it will stay firm instead of turning soft.
