About Lavender at Ocean Breeze Farm
Lavender at Ocean Breeze Farm is a family lavender farm on Chemin Goguen in Saint-Édouard-de-Kent, on the New Brunswick coast just north of Bouctouche. About four acres are planted with nearly 20,000 lavender plants, running down toward the Northumberland Strait.
The lavender fields open in early summer and have closed for the 2026 season, but the farm shop stays open on weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. On those mornings, waffles are served in the barn until 1 p.m. The shop carries lavender products made by hand on the farm, and the café has drinks and snacks. Hours change from season to season, so check their website before a trip.
The barn is busy outside the bloom too. The farm's annual Thanksgiving market brings in local makers; in 2026 the Give Thanks Market ran on October 10 with foraging and photography walks. Past events have included a Christmas evening with live music and a visit from Santa, paint parties and makers' nights, each priced and booked separately.
