About Santa Lavanda

Santa Lavanda grows nearly 2,000 lavender plants of several varieties on a family farm in the Espírito Santo district of Londrina. Dóren de Andrade Faria and Marcos Paulo Romani started in 2017 with ten plants and no farming background; she studied tourism and hospitality, he studied marketing. The farm is part of Paraná's Rota das Lavandas, a rural tourism route set up in 2022 by the state's rural development institute (IDR-Paraná).

All visits are booked ahead. The farm's sensory tour runs from July to October, and other options include a walk through the sensory garden, photo shoots, educational tours for schools, and a sunset experience with live music and snacks. The couple also teaches courses on growing lavender and building a lavender business. Local news reported 300 to 400 visitors a month from September to early December, the farm's busy season.

Fresh and dried bouquets start at R$50 (2026), and the farm also sells essential oil, floral water and handmade goods.
