Overview
Every Academy lesson belongs to one of 12 paths of 5 lessons. A path's lessons need a farm level equal to the path's number, plus a real event on your farm, so the lesson always has something live to apply to.

The Academy skill tree
- Each path's branch reaches Insight after 1 lesson, Field Practice after 3 and Mastery after all 5.
- Skill tree perks affect story campaign guidance, financing readiness and how well you recover from campaign choices. They never give extra XP or complete lessons for you.
- Your Foundations, Farm business and Commercial pro tiers also raise your campaign completion score.
