Overview
As you play, teachable moments happen: your first planting, clay soil, a hard freeze, the first bloom, a humid week, the Apiary opening. Each one pops up a short New Almanac card with the real-world lesson in one sentence and one thing to do about it. Tap Open Almanac to read more, or Got it to carry on.
Every card is filed in the Grower's Almanac, sorted into seven topics: Site, Soil, Planting, Care, Harvest, Products and Bees. There are 17 cards in all.
The Almanac book

Where to find it
- Tap the 📖 Almanac X/17 button beside your next step.
- Almanac cards also pop up on their own as you play.
- In 3D, the Almanac sits on the Learning Center shelves in Market Square.
Good to know
- When the game first loads, it quietly files any lessons your farm already qualifies for, without pop-ups.
- Your Almanac is saved in your browser and copied into your farm save, so it follows your farm. It is kept forever, even when you start a new generation.
- The top of the Almanac shows your Mastery score.
Not the same as the Field Almanac
The Lavender Field also has a Field Almanac panel (site analysis and season crop windows). That is a planning panel in the field, not this card collection.
