Overview
These games are about thinking more than fast fingers: matching, sorting and reading clues. Each ends with a short growing tip.
The games
| Game | Reward level | Type | What you do | 100% score |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 🪻 Daily Cultivar Mystery | 1 | Memory match | Twenty cultivar cards lie face down. Flip two at a time to find each pair before the clock runs out. Streaks multiply your score. | 3,200 |
| 🧩 Cultivar Mosaic | 2 | Sliding-tile puzzle | A painted farm scene is scrambled into tiles. Slide them back into place. Each mosaic solved adds time to the clock and a bigger board. | 5,000 |
| 🧪 Soil Sleuth | 2 | Probe puzzle | Probe the site before planting. Each number tells how many waterlogged pockets touch that square. Mark the wet ground and map every dry square. | 1,800 |
| 🔎 Lavender Plant Detective | 3 | Pill-drop puzzle | Drop two-part treatment capsules and line up four of a color to cure matching problems: drainage for root rot, airflow for mildew, beneficials for aphids. | 7,000 |
| 🃏 Cultivar Draft | 6 | Skill-stop reels | Each round names three roles. Stop each spinning reel dead-center on the right one. Precise stops score more; stars are wild. 12 draft rounds. | 6,000 |

Scoring and rewards
- Every game has a target score. Reaching it is 100%; your run is scored as a percent of that target, up to 100.
- Stars: ★★★ at 90% or more, ★★ at 70%, ★ at 45%. Two stars (70%) counts as mastering the game.
- A reward run costs 8 arcade energy and, if you master it, pays Farm XP (20 for your first reward run of that game in a farm week, then 10, then 4, scaled by stars) and 8 + 7 coins per star. Below the game's reward level you play a practice run instead.
- Every score also goes on the weekly and all-time arcade leaderboards.
What they teach
- English lavender cultivars suit culinary use; lavandins like Grosso give larger, camphor-rich oil yields.
- A soil test gives pH and fertility; an infiltration check reveals drainage problems a lab number cannot.
- Diagnosis starts with pattern, history, roots and site: waterlogged roots can look like drought stress.
- Cultivar identity matters for hardiness, bloom timing, culinary use and traceability, so labels follow the plant.
