Overview

What the ratings mean
| Rating | Affects |
|---|---|
| Oil | Still recovery when distilled |
| Aroma | Fine-fragrance quality |
| Stems | Stem grade |
| Bundles | Bundle volume |
| Display | Fresh and display value |
| Culinary | Flavor suitability; a culinary lot needs 3★ or more (not a food-safety rating) |
Unlocks
- A starter collection of well-known cultivars unlocks between Levels 1 and 10 (for example Folgate, Hidcote, Munstead, Buena Vista, Jean Davis and Grosso at Level 1).
- All other cultivars unlock gradually from Level 11 to Level 100.
- A locked cultivar's card is grayed out and shows its level.
- Cultivars you already had growing stay plantable.
Tips
- Turn on "Suited to Zone N" first, then sort by use.
- Lavandin types tend to suit oil; English lavenders with high Culinary stars suit kitchen products.
