The pasture
Animals wander their pasture: they amble to a new patch of grass, graze a while and look around. A donkey, an alpaca and two sheep keep the neighbors' cows and the farm horse company. Hens and a rooster scratch around a raised coop with a run, and ducks glide on the water.
Saying hello

Riding the farm horse
Choose 🐎 Ride the horse. It's faster than walking (about 1.7 times walking speed), and holding Shift breaks into a gallop. Hop off anywhere and the horse starts grazing right where you left it.
Wildlife at dawn and dusk
- At dawn and dusk a doe and a stag step out at the edge of the farm to graze. Finnegan races off to shoo deer that come near the lavender.
- At dusk a fox slips out of the trees, eyeing the hen house. Send your dog to shoo it (or clap it away) for +12 XP, once a farm day.
- A few birds wheel over the farm on a dry day.
