Overview
The Community relationships card in Farm Legacy introduces eight people who know lavender from different sides of the business. Each card shows a portrait, their role, your relationship (0 to 5) and the one lesson they stand for.
Tap Complete a conversation to talk with a mentor. Each talk raises your relationship by 1 (up to 5), adds +1 reputation and +3 XP. Your first talk with each one adds a page to the Community Storybook collection (8 pages).

Getting to know them
- Dr. Ellen Field (Extension Educator) teaches you to build evidence from what you observe and record.
- Gabe Moreau (Veteran Grower) is about drainage and learning which plants survive where you farm.
- Chef Mara (Chef) says to use culinary lavender sparingly and to trace every lot. A Chef Mara is also one of the six key customers on the Management page.
- Ben Hart (Florist) cares about straight, graded stems and dried color that lasts.
- Nia Brooks (Beekeeper) wants bee forage planned beyond the lavender bloom.
- June Bell (Event Planner) builds trust with capacity, access and contingency plans.
- Sam Ortiz (Distiller) records crop weight, condition and every still run.
- Ivy Chen (Garden-Center Buyer) reorders from growers with reliable plants and honest care guidance.
Industry Network mentors
The Industry Network's Mentors tab has eight more mentor roles, each with a specialty: Field Agronomist (soil), Nursery Grower (propagation), Cold-climate Grower (winter), Distiller (distill), Product Maker (label), Culinary Grower (culinary), Agritourism Host (events), Wholesale Advisor (records). Consult costs 15 coins, raises that relationship by 1 (up to 5) and adds 3 industry points. In 3D the same tab opens from the farm truck: 🤝 A useful conversation.
Tips
- Conversations in Farm Legacy cost nothing. Bringing all eight mentors to relationship 5 is worth 40 reputation and 120 XP, and the first talk with each fills the Community Storybook.
- Neighbors in Farm Life (People tab) are a different cast with their own hearts and lessons.
