Overview
The card is called Your order from the farm: 'Your real plants are on their way. Grow them in the game while you wait.' It shows the order's steps (Ordered, Packed, On its way, Delivered), the items, and what you will get. Nothing changes in your save until you tap Add to my game farm, and each reward is given only once. Your real order is not changed.
What each item becomes

Seed packets
When you plant a cultivar you hold packets for, the plug is free: its cost comes back to you, and the game says how many packets are left.
In 3D
When an order has rewards waiting, a cardboard box marked LIVE PLANTS appears by the Farmhouse porch, and Huckleberry hears the delivery. Walk up and tap Open your package to see your order and add it to your farm. Once it is delivered, a gold ribbon sits on top.
Tips
- The game checks your order about once an hour while it is open.
- Signed in to the store? Your own orders show up on any device.
- After delivery, a 'Compare with your real plant' link may appear.
