Why this pairing works
The crust blends into buttery, cookie-like bits, and tart cherry filling keeps the vanilla ice cream from tasting too rich. A spoonful of lavender syrup ties the pie and shake together.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Lavender Small Pie (Cherry), chilled, cut into chunks
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup cold milk, plus more as needed
- 1 Tbsp Lavender Simple Syrup (Classic)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream, for topping
- 1 tsp Lavender Sugar, for sprinkling
Directions
- Blend the ice cream, milk and simple syrup until just smooth. Add a splash more milk if the blender stalls.
- Add the pie chunks and pulse 3 or 4 times, just until the pie is in small bits.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of Lavender Sugar.
Chill your glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes. The shake stays thick to the last sip.
Make it your own
- Use a Peach or Blueberry Lavender Small Pie instead.
- Top with a fresh sweet cherry, stem and all.
