Lavender Simple Syrup Kit

One splash and your morning coffee gets a whole lot fancier.

Our Lavender Simple Syrup Kit is a kraft bag of our lavender sugar blend that turns into cafe-style lavender syrup in your own kitchen. Choose Classic for pure, gently floral lavender, or Blueberry for a fruity, summery twist. Just add water, simmer, steep and strain, then stir it into lemonade, iced tea, lattes, sparkling water or cocktails, or drizzle it over pancakes and ice cream. It makes a pretty addition to a gift basket or a backyard party drink station, too.

• Flavors: Classic or Blueberry
• Makes about 1¾ cups (14 fl oz) of syrup
• You add: 1½ cups (12 fl oz) water
• Simmer 3–5 minutes until the sugar dissolves, cover and steep 20 minutes, then strain
• Refrigerate the finished syrup and use within 2 weeks
