Why this pairing works

Cold brewing pulls out tea's flavor slowly without the heat that causes bitterness. Raspberries add a tart, jammy note that makes the floral lavender taste bright and fresh.

Directions

  1. Stir the tea into the cold water in a large jar or pitcher. Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
  2. Strain out the tea. Gently crush the raspberries in the bottom of the pitcher and pour the tea over them. Add the lemon slices.
  3. For each glass, snip a honey stick into the bottom and stir with a splash of warm water until dissolved.
  4. Fill with ice, pour in the tea and garnish with raspberries on a lavender pick.

Serve it with: Lavender Bread Mix (Lemon)
