Certified organic lavender farm in the Rincón de Ademuz with booked sensory walks in its fields each summer and an essential-oil scent tasting.
Ecoaromuz is a small organic lavender farm in Ademuz, in the mountain district of the Rincón de Ademuz. Everything it sells is certified organic; the fields are fed only with compost and never sprayed with pesticides or other chemicals. Along with lavender they grow other aromatic plants, and some wild ones line the walking route.
Their summer walk, Entre Campos de Lavandas, is a guided stroll through the rows that uses all five senses: the look and scent of the varieties, the hum of bees, and lavender's uses in cooking. It ends with a scent tasting of lavender essential oils, where you learn to tell them apart and how to use them, plus a few minutes for photos. Bloom timing depends on the weather, so bookings usually open in early to mid-June, a few weeks before the walks. The 2026 harvest is finished and the farm says the next walks will be in 2027; newsletter subscribers get first access.
The farm also runs distillation and natural-cosmetics workshops. Its shop sells essential oils, hydrosols, honey, lavender liqueur, lavender bunches, sachets, soaps and candles.
