About Lavender Moon Farm
Lavender Moon Farm is a family-run organic farm on Route 16 in Malden, in the southeast corner of New Brunswick on the road toward the Confederation Bridge. The owners built it from the ground up out of a love of lavender, and they grow, harvest and craft everything they sell. In 2025 the farm was named Best Craft Artisan by Excellence NB.
The fields open seasonally, and the lavender blooms in July. Visitors can walk the u-pick lavender field, look over the vegetable patch, spread out a picnic and browse the barn boutique. It is a working farm with an active beehive, so the farm asks people to stay on the paths between rows and leave the pollinators alone. Outside the season the farm is closed for harvest and production, and the barn boutique opens by appointment.
The shop leans on the farm's own lavender: soap, shaving soap, bath salts and scrub, whipped body butter, a body and hand wash, pillow and room spray, soy candles, sachets, shower steamers, culinary lavender and a blueberry lavender herbal tea. Lavender wreaths with eucalyptus and dried bouquets are sold for pickup. The farm also sells at the Pugwash Farmers' Market on Saturdays and the Shediac market on Sundays, and the online shop runs year-round.
