Farm Stays is a lodging business for your farm: a guest cottage, tent sites, RV sites and glamping tents. Do your state's paperwork, set rates, choose how guests book and who cleans, and read each week's books.
Guests come to stay once the farm has something to see, so Farm Stays opens at farm level 10. Below that, the desk shows a lock and the Real numbers facts. Cabins, tents and campers you place on your 3D farm (Design › Decorate) count as units, or you can set them up at the desk.

How you run it
Bookings: a booking site (most guests; it keeps about 15.5%), direct only (about a third fewer bookings, 3% card fees), or both (a few more bookings, about 11% in fees).
Cottage cleaning: hire a cleaner (6 coins a turnover) or clean it yourself (free, but 3 energy each time; run out and reviews notice).
Campground toilets: a restroom placed on your 3D farm, or portable toilet service for 8 coins a week. Campsites without a toilet book about half as often.
Camp extras placed in Design (campfire spot, hammock, kayaks, trail bikes and more) each add about 4% bookings, up to six.
Each farm week
Booked nights depend on the kind's base occupancy, the season, your price, booking channel, reputation (up to +25%), rating and extras. Summer weeks while the lavender blooms book 10% more.
Costs come out: booking and card fees, cleaning, utilities, 6% into a repair reserve, toilet service and any repairs the reserve cannot cover.
Guests pay your state's lodging tax on top; it is shown but sent to the state.
About one week in three, something happens: a glowing review, a late arrival, raccoons in the trash, a burn ban, a broken water heater or a septic alarm.
Your rating drifts toward how well the place is run. At 4.6★ or more, the farm gains a little reputation each week.

Tips
Tent and glamping sites book nothing in winter in colder zones; the cottage still books, at a lower rate.
If insurance or the water test lapses and you cannot pay, that kind of lodging closes until you renew.
The Real numbers tab shows the real-world costs and occupancy figures the game is based on.
