Overview
The Upgrades tab lists one-time farm improvements. Each costs coins once and shows a ✓ when owned. Some only work where you have built the matching thing on the Farm Map. The tab also reminds you that plots 1–3 are free and each map row opens three more, with an Open Farm Map button.

Condition and wear
- Owned improvements have a condition. Their benefit shrinks as condition falls and stops below 25%, when the game asks you to service them.
- Drip Irrigation will not run in a hard freeze, when 0.25 inch or more of rain is expected, when no crop is below its moisture trigger, or when shared water is empty.
Tips
- Buy Harvest Tools early: it boosts every harvest without needing anything on the map.
- Before buying Drip Irrigation, check you have a Drip line and a Well.
