Overview

Operations opens at Stage 3 (Farm Operator). It is where a hobby field becomes a farm business: propagating plants, hiring a seasonal team, buying machines, hosting paid events, filling wholesale orders and keeping records.

Crop Health rules

  • Pick the good response for +2 reputation and +6 XP; the case is marked resolved.
  • The poor response costs 20 coins and counts as a crop loss.
  • "Next unresolved case" cycles through all six.

Every week (Advance Week)

  • Wages for every worker are paid.
  • Each owned machine loses 1–3% condition and costs 2 coins upkeep.
  • Nursery batches grow, root or fail.
  • Wholesale deadlines count down; unfilled orders expire (nothing is taken from you).
  • Breeding trials age one year at the first week of spring.

Finance tab

Shows cash, capital assets (buildings plus machines by condition), estimated inventory (4 coins per rooted plant, 12 per finished product), liabilities, simulated equity and cumulative operating margin, plus weekly payroll and maintenance. Borrowing and repaying now happen in the Farm Bank and Farm Capital Lab.
