Overview
The Pocket Farm brings a little of your game farm onto the rest of the farm's website. Only people who have really played on that device see it; everyone else loads nothing.
It has two parts: Huckleberry and Finnegan, the game's own 3D dogs, wandering a see-through strip along the bottom of the page, and the farm window, a small round live view of your own lavender rows at your real time of day and the game's season.
What you can do
- Tap a dog to hear what your farm needs, such as plants that are thirsty or ready to harvest.
- Tap the farm window to open it, drag to look around, or press ▶ Play to jump into the game.
- Pick up a geocache. Now and then Finnegan digs up a box. Tap it for +25 XP, added to your farm the next time you play. You can find up to 10 a week, never two within a few minutes.
Staying polite
- It is lively on the first three pages you visit in a day, then shrinks to a small dot.
- The dogs nap after about a minute on a page, and everything hides while a drawer or pop-up is open.
- The × on the window offers Hide today or Don’t show again. To bring it back, walk to the Farmhouse in the 3D game and choose Show Huckleberry and Finnegan on the store.
