Overview
The 📖 Bible room opens the complete public-domain World English Bible, Updated, right inside the Prayer Barn. You can pick any book and chapter, step to the next chapter, and change the text size.
Weekly lessons also include narration of their passage. If the narration can't load (for example when you're offline), the full read-along text stays available below it, and a Retry narration button appears.
Features
- Read aloud: your device's voice reads the chapter, and highlighting follows the verse being read. You can set the read-aloud speed. (Some browsers don't support read-aloud.)
- Select and copy: select verses and copy the passage with its reference.
- Search the complete Bible: type at least three characters. The search runs on your device and shows up to 150 results.
- Offline Bible: an optional download of about 4 MB saves all 66 books for reading without a connection. Audio is not included. You can remove it again at any time.
- Related passages in a lesson open here without leaving the Prayer Barn.
Privacy
Bible searches stay on your device. Nothing you read or search is sent to a Bible service.
