Overview
Each week of the year has one lesson in the Prayer Barn. The lessons are grouped into 13 paths of four weeks each, moving from creation and grace through prayer, rest, mercy, stewardship, the cross and the empty tomb, and ending with “Come, Lord Jesus.”
Passages come from the World English Bible, Updated, a public-domain translation. A lesson names its full reading and plays narration of the passage.
What each lesson contains
- Passage with optional narration and the complete read-along text.
- Passage context: what the passage meant in its setting.
- How this points to Jesus.
- Farm illustration: a farm picture used only as an illustration, never as a hidden meaning in the text.
- Reflection question.
- Optional guided prayer and an optional response to grace (a small action for the week).
- Related passages you can open without leaving the Prayer Barn.
- A button to Mark lesson complete and one to Write in Field Journal.
