Why this pairing works

Mint and lavender are cousins in the same plant family, so their cool, herbal flavors blend seamlessly. Lime keeps the drink bright.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rim 4 glasses with a lime wedge and Lavender Sugar.
  2. Gently press 3 mint leaves and a lime wedge in the bottom of each glass. Don't shred the mint; just bruise it.
  3. Fill with crushed ice. Pour in the prepared mojito mix (and 1 1/2 oz rum per glass, if using).
  4. Top with club soda, garnish with mint and a lavender pick.

Make it your own

  • Blend with ice for a frozen mojito slush.
  • Add a few raspberries to the muddle.
