Why this pairing works
Our gourmet drink mixes are bold enough to stay flavorful when frozen, which is where many homemade pops fall flat.
Makes 10 pops Prep 15 min + freezing Cook 0 min
Ingredients
- 1 cup Lavender Cherry Gourmet Drink Mix, prepared
- 1 cup Lavender Sunset (Orange) Gourmet Drink Mix, prepared
- 1 cup Lavender Grape Gourmet Drink Mix, prepared
- 1 cup Lavender Blue Raspberry Gourmet Drink Mix, prepared
- 10 Lavender Honey Sticks (Watermelon), for a matching treat
Directions
- Prepare each drink mix according to the package directions, using a little less water for stronger flavor.
- Pour a layer of cherry into ice pop molds. Freeze 45 minutes, until just set.
- Add the orange layer and freeze 45 minutes. Insert the sticks now, while the layer is soft.
- Repeat with grape, then blue raspberry. Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
- Run the molds under warm water for 10 seconds to release.
Freeze each layer only until firm on top. If it freezes solid, the next layer won't stick. Honey isn't safe for babies under 1 year old.
Make it your own
- Make a lemonade-only version with Lemonade, Pink Lemonade and Blueberry Lemonade mixes.
- Hand out Peach or Raspberry honey sticks at the party.
