The Grenville opened in 1890 and has been hosting guests in Bay Head for more than 125 years just steps from the beach. The building has gone through several names and owners and has been updated with central air, private baths and what was Bay Head's first elevator. Harry Typaldos has owned it since 2004, and the Bay Head Historical Society recognizes the building.
