This Week Board

Every farm you visit in 3D has a This Week board by the path where you arrive. It lists three tasks for the week, hidden caches, places to explore that match what the real farm offers, and anything special happening there.

🎮 Play it in the game

Overview

When you arrive at a farm in 3D, look for the board by the path with a purple pin on top. Walk up to it to see This week at the farm: three tasks, how many you've done, and anything else going on there.

Around the farm you'll find places to explore that match what the real farm offers, plus hidden caches. Tasks, caches and their spots change every week, and every farm gets its own.

What the board shows

  • ⬜ Three tasks for the week, with your progress (for example Find 3 caches (1/3)). Finish all three for a bonus.
  • ⭐ Farm challenges, if the farm added any. See Farm Challenges.
  • 🍂 In season this…: what you can pick at this farm right now. See Seasons on Farm Visits.
  • 🗺️ Regional set: how many farms you've visited in this farm's region. See Regional Sets.
  • 👥 Party task, when you visit with friends in a Play Together party. See below.
  • 🎪 Events: at Great Lakes Lavender Farm, events at the farm and the markets and festivals it's going to. See Visiting Great Lakes Lavender Farm.
  • 🌟 Gold stamp, if you've checked in at this farm in person. See Gold Crates.
  • 🧭 Cache hint: how many caches are still hidden here this week.

The weekly tasks

Each week the board picks three tasks for that farm from this list:

  • Open 2 cultivar cards.
  • Find the hidden cache, or find 2 or 3 caches (never more than are hidden).
  • Go inside one of their buildings (only on farms with buildings you can enter).
  • Visit one of the farm's places, like the orchard, the café patio or the farm stand.

Places to explore

Lavender is always there. The other places come from what the real farm says it offers in Farm Day Trips: its type, the extras it lists, and whether it has stays or dining. A farm shows up to 10 places. Each action pays once a day at each farm.

Rewards and limits

  • Each farm pays at most 300 XP and 150 coins a week.
  • Across all farms, visits pay at most 600 XP and 300 coins a day.
  • Once a farm's rewards are used up, the game says so. Visiting many farms beats repeating one.
WhatReward
Open a cache10 XP, 10 coins
Finish all three tasks100 XP, 60 coins (once a week per farm)
Sit on a bench or swing3 XP, +8 energy (once a day per farm)

Party task

When you and friends in a Play Together party visit a farm together, the board adds 👥 Party task: find all the caches together. Every cache anyone in the party opens counts for the whole party, and the game tells everyone who found it (for example Ana found a cache! Party: 3 of 6).

When the party has found them all, everyone gets +50 XP and +30 coins, once a week per farm. You still open caches yourself for your own cache reward.

Tips

  • Caches glow softly. Look near trees, fences and the edges of the farm.
  • Check the board first: it tells you which places count for this week's tasks.
  • Pick-your-own spots only work in season, so plan fruit visits for summer and fall.
