Overview
Finnegan keeps watch over the farm. His perk is on patrol: he keeps foxes, deer, coyotes and bears away from the field, so every plot gains +0.5 health a day while he's out with you.
What he does in 3D
- Chases deer away: when a deer or a stag wanders within reach of the lavender, he races off to shoo it. “The lavender is safe!”
- Shoos the fox: at dusk a fox slips out of the trees. Walk up to it and choose 🐕 Send your dog to shoo it (with no dog along, you clap it away yourself). Once a farm day this earns +12 XP.
- 🥎 Throw a ball: he brings it back… eventually.
- 🦴 Give Finnegan a treat: he crunches it in one bite and leans in for a cuddle.
- 🐕 Find me a job and 🧭 Show me the way, just like Huckleberry.
- 🐾 Pet him and he leans his whole weight into you.
Good to know
- At the Farmhouse, play Sierra's guitar and Finnegan howls along.
- His stocking goes up by the fire in December.
- You can walk as Finnegan too, under Walk as in Settings.
