Our Culinary Lavender Buds bring a floral, lightly sweet and gently herbal flavor to your kitchen. A little goes a long way: a pinch adds a lovely lavender note to shortbread, lemonade, tea, scones, honey and even savory rubs with herbs and pepper. They are also lovely sprinkled on cakes.

  • Sizes: 0.5 oz, 1 oz, 2 oz or 4 oz
  • Floral, slightly sweet flavor with a soft herbal edge
  • Start small, about a teaspoon or less, and adjust to taste
  • Steep in cream, sugar syrup or tea, or grind into sugar for baking
