Lavender Blueberry Simple Syrup Kit

One splash and your morning coffee gets a whole lot fancier.

Our Lavender Blueberry Simple Syrup Kit is a kraft bag of our lavender sugar blend with a fruity, summery blueberry twist, made into syrup in your own kitchen. Just add water, simmer, steep and strain, then stir it into lemonade, iced tea, lattes, sparkling water or cocktails, or drizzle it over pancakes and ice cream.

• Makes about 1¾ cups (14 fl oz) of syrup
• You add: 1½ cups (12 fl oz) water
• Simmer 3–5 minutes until the sugar dissolves, cover and steep 20 minutes, then strain
• Refrigerate the finished syrup and use within 2 weeks

Made for our family lavender farm in Rockford, Michigan, and a favorite at our own kitchen table.
