About Azulée

Azulée is a small, certified organic lavender farm on chemin de la Pointe in Baie-Saint-Paul, in Charlevoix. It sits at the foot of a mountain with a view over the St. Lawrence River's high tides. The farm began in 2014, guided by Louise Vidricaire's love of lavender and her vision of working together with the region's producers, and it belongs to the Route des Saveurs, Charlevoix's food trail.

Azulée focuses on culinary lavender, the kind used in scones, jams and honeys. Its products include culinary lavender, a chocolate lavender brownie mix, a Baie-Saint-Paul bouquet garni, dried hops, lip balm and soy candles scented with lavender essential oil, along with clothing and gifts.

Visitors can walk the lavender field in summer. Self-guided visits cost 7 CAD plus tax per adult, with children free alongside an adult. The tour is paperless: buy tickets at the house and one person in your group follows the route on a smartphone. Groups of 20 or more can book a group rate. The shop is free to visit and also sells online.

Laiterie Charlevoix in Baie-Saint-Paul, a cheese dairy, is about 10 minutes away for a second Route des Saveurs stop.
