About Luling Lavender Fields
Luling Lavender Fields is a family agritourism farm on part of the family's ranch outside Luling. The family fenced off 12 acres, planted about 2,000 lavender plants of several varieties on two of them in the spring of 2017, and opened the farm store in the summer of 2018. It sits right at the I-10 and SH 183 interchange, so it is one of the easiest lavender stops in Texas to reach from the highway between San Antonio and Houston.
The store is open every day of the year from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. In 2026 the U-pick season for lavender and other cut flowers began on May 1 and runs until the blooms fade in the fall, so late spring and early summer give you the most to choose from.
Inside the store you'll find lavender beeswax lip balm, a lavender sleep cream, tallow face cream, handmade soaps, lotions, room and linen spray, lavender tea and the farm's own lavender honey. Shelves also hold essential oil rollers, kitchen goods and art and gifts with a Texas theme. The store stocks lavender syrups and drink mixes from Raider West Farms of Lubbock as well.
Kirby's Korner in Seguin is about 30 minutes west on I-10 if you want a meal before or after the farm.
