About Tumalo Lavender

Tumalo Lavender is a ten-acre working lavender farm in Tumalo, northwest of Bend. Three sisters, Victoria, Summer and Holly, and their mother Marilyn bought the farm in July 2022, bringing earlier experience in the lavender business. It is a small, women-owned family operation.

For the 2026 season the farm store was open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM and closed on Sundays. In the high desert the lavender usually starts blooming at the end of July, and that is when U-cut season opens in the fields. Visitors are welcome to picnic and take photos as well as shop. Groups can arrange tours, and the farm holds ticketed evening events such as sunset yoga and sound baths, listed at $45.

The store carries the farm's lavender essential oil and a long list of its own goods: lavender simple syrup, lavender lemon pound cake mix (also gluten free), lotions, lip balm, room spray, an all-purpose lavender cleaner, after-sun spray, and natural bug repellent in lotion, stick and spray form.

To get there from Bend, take Highway 20 west to Tumalo, turn right on Cook Avenue, follow Cline Falls Highway about two miles, then turn left on Connarn Road; the farm is about half a mile along on the left.
