The game will not finish loading
While it starts, the game shows Preparing your lavender farm…. If it has not finished after about 12 seconds, a card says Lavender Simulator could not finish loading with two buttons.
- Tap Retry first. It reloads the page.
- If it keeps failing, tap Restore recovery save. The game asks first, then keeps a copy of your current save aside, puts back the automatic recovery copy if a good one exists (or opens a new farm if not), and reloads.
- If the browser blocks even that, the card says so and nothing changes. Try again, then export your save as soon as the game opens.
The 3D farm will not start
- This device couldn't start 3D graphics. The Farm Map shows the same farm in 2D. Your device or browser cannot draw 3D. Everything still works in 2D.
- The 3D view couldn't load right now. Check your connection and try again. The 3D files did not download. Check your internet and open 3D again.
The 3D farm is slow or choppy
- In 3D open More → Settings → Graphics and choose the 🔋 Battery saver quick setting.
- Still slow? Set Resolution to 75% or 50%, the Frame rate limit to 30, 3D detail to Light and Shadows to Off.
- Close other browser tabs and apps.
- On an older phone, also turn on Low-memory mode (Settings → App & device) and Pause motion in 3D.
- Run a Speed check (Settings → Performance & display) while you play. After 30 seconds it shows the slowest parts with a Copy button, so you can send the result when you report the problem.

Reporting a bug
Open More tools → Report a bug. The game takes a picture of the screen and asks you to drag over the part that shows the problem. If the picture cannot be taken on your device, use your phone's screenshot buttons and add it with Choose Files.
Tips
- Keep a recent backup file. It turns almost any problem into a two-minute fix.
- The Save & app health card in Records tells you if the save needs attention before anything goes wrong.
