Why this pairing works

Dark chocolate has fruity, roasted notes that lavender brightens, so each bite tastes deeper and more interesting than a plain brownie.

Serves 9 to 12 Prep 10 min Cook 30 min

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bake the brownies according to the package directions. For extra-fudgy brownies, pull them when a toothpick shows moist crumbs.
  2. Cool at least 20 minutes so they cut cleanly.
  3. Whip the cream with the Lavender Sugar (and extract, if using) to soft peaks.
  4. Serve each brownie with a spoonful of cream and a few raspberries.

Serve it with: Lavender Brownie

Make it your own

  • No time to bake? Grab fresh Lavender Brownies at the farm stand.
  • Crumble brownies into a trifle with the whipped cream and berries.
