Lavender Lemonade Gourmet Mix: Sweet, Tart and Floral, Our Classic Save

If one drink tastes like our farm in summer, it is lavender lemonade. Our Lavender Lemonade Gourmet Mix is the classic: sweet, tart and floral, the taste of an afternoon on the porch watching the bees work the rows. It stirs into cold water in seconds, which leaves more time for the porch part.

The flavor

This is lavender lemonade at its simplest. Lemon brings the tartness, sugar the sweetness, and lavender a gentle floral note that makes it more than ordinary lemonade. It comes in an 11.5 oz sealed kraft pouch.

Glass or pitcher

Serving Mix Cold water
One glass 2 tablespoons 8 oz
1 quart 1/2 cup 4 cups
2 quarts 1 cup 8 cups

Ways to make it special

  • Sparkling lemonade: dissolve the mix in a little still water, then top with sparkling water. For a party, add rock candy stirrers; see Sparkling Lavender Lemonade with Rock Candy Stirrers.
  • Strawberry slush: blend with ice and strawberries; see the Strawberry Lavender Lemonade Slush.
  • Half & half: mix with iced tea for a porch classic.
  • Garnish: lemon wheels, a sprig of mint or a lavender cocktail pick.
  • For grown-ups: vodka or gin pairs beautifully. Gin's botanicals and lavender are especially friendly. Enjoy responsibly.

Party pitcher tips

Make the pitcher a few hours ahead and chill it so it is ice-cold before the ice goes in. Freeze some lemonade in ice cube trays so refills stay full-strength, and set out a separate pitcher for the 21+ version so nobody grabs the wrong one.

Storing the pouch

Reseal the pouch tightly and keep it in a cool, dry place. A dry scoop keeps the mix from clumping. Mixed lemonade keeps covered in the fridge for a day or two.
