About Hepburn Springs Brewing Co.
Hepburn Springs Brewing Co. is a family-owned, independent brewpub on Forest Avenue with a new brewhouse on site. It brews small batches of lagers, pale ales, IPAs and seasonal one-offs, pours them across 16 rotating taps and cans them in house. A sister spirits label distills gin and botanical vodkas, plus seasonal releases, in the same building, served by the glass or as a tasting paddle.
The brewpub opens Friday and Saturday from noon to 7 p.m., Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. and Monday from noon to 5 p.m., and the team notes that times can change. It is table service only, and seating is limited, so booking is advised, especially for groups and on weekends. Small brewhouse tours are offered when staff are available.
Seating runs from indoor tables and small private snugs to an outdoor area and a front deck, where dogs can join you; the booking form lets you request the pet area. The kitchen serves light food and local produce, and the brewery stocks other local products. It also offers accommodation next door, handy if you want to stay the night in Hepburn Springs.
Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm at Shepherds Flat is about 10 minutes north, so a lavender farm visit and a late lunch here fit easily into one afternoon.
