About Little Hill Flower Farm
Little Hill Flower Farm is a six-acre cut-flower farm about seven minutes outside Vincennes, looking out over the Knox County countryside. David and Hannah run it with their four children, growing seasonal blooms such as zinnias, sunflowers, snapdragons, dahlias, celosia and amaranth for bouquets, events and local florists.
The farm opens to the public only on scheduled you-pick days and special events. In 2026 the you-pick season ran from July into early fall, with morning and evening sessions; the last you-pick of the year was Sunday, September 20, and the farm's website now shows it closed for the 2026 season. You grab snips, choose or bring a vase with an opening no wider than six inches, and cut your own arrangement. Bottled water, bug spray and sunscreen are provided, and there is seating for breaks. A few early-bird spots each session let you start 30 minutes ahead for a small extra fee.
Outside you-pick days, you can find the family's ready-made bouquets, vases and decor at the Vincennes farmers market on Saturday mornings. The farm also books birthdays, showers and private parties, runs workshops, and delivers wholesale flowers within about 60 miles. Children 12 and under pay a lower bouquet price, but they should not eat anything from the field.
Crooked Creek Lavender Farms is roughly 45 minutes away, so a summer you-pick morning can pair with a lavender visit.
